I Have A Headache That Is Focused On My Temples And Front Of The Forehead. What Should I Do?

I have a headache that is focused on my temples and front of the forehead. What should I do? It started yesterday and I thought it might be from eating too much sugar after having been eating low-carb, but I still have it today. It died down when I exercised yesterday, but then it returned.

Answer

buttahp,

Welcome to MyMigraineConnection!

It's time to check in with your doctor. As much as I'd love to be able to answer your question, the only person who can safely do that is a doctor who can review your and your family's medical history, discuss your symptoms with you, and conduct a complete examination.

Unexplained head pain always needs to be checked out. Statistically, it's unlikely to be anything dangerous, but we never want to be on the wrong end of those statistics.

Welcome again,

Teri
