I get headaches 5 out of 7 days a week. I’ve had one for the last 4 days and 2 of them have been migraines. As I am a single mom raising 2 kids by myself. What can I do or take that could help these frequent headaches? A lot of the time they are in my neck and run up the back of my head into my eyes that builds up so much pressure I feel like they are going to pop. Thanks, Aleisha.
Have you been diagnosed with Migraines, or have you self-diagnosed some of your headaches as Migraines?
As much as we’d like to help, nobody can tell you what to take or what to do without seeing you in person to review your medical history with you, discuss your symptoms, and examine you. Please see your doctor. Unexplained headaches should always be investigated.
