My Heel Just Started Hurting. All The Around The Out Side. 4bout A Week.. Feet Hurt When Getting Up
For the last couple weeks my back of the heel really hurts. There is pain all around the outside heel of my left foot, but only when I stand. When I get up in the morring I can barly walk on both of my feett. I bought heel cushins and they help a little. I work at a car dealership and am on my feet all day, and am overweight, so I'm sure that has something to do with it. Does anyone know how to ease the pain?
I can't be sure, of course, but this sounds a lot like plantar fasciitis. One of the hallmarks of the condition is that the first movements of the day when you put your feet on the floor are seriously painful. There are a lot of treatments of plantar fasciitis that you can do yourself. You'll find five common ones here. And, as always, please talk to your doctor about anything that is seriously impacting your quality of life. Living with pain is exhausting. Good luck!
