Can You Get Herpes From A Friend's Razor?

Is it possible to be infected with herpes from using another person's razor?

Using someone else's razor is such a temptation, but it is a bad idea on a couple of levels.   In this age of MRSA and antibiotic-resistant bacteria, it would be easy to nick your skin and get a serious skin infection that could then turn into a life-threatening infection.   From a herpes perspective, I suppose there is a very very low risk of herpes transmission, though  I have never seen a documented case. But using any implement that has the possibility of being contaminated with someone's blood or bodily secretions is probably not a good idea.
