I’ve also gained some weight since I last went to the gyno and my breasts are big and heavy could any of this lead to dimpling as well? Not sure if this is signifgant but I am 31 and have regular periods and have since I was around 11ish. Thank you for any help!
By wart-like, do you mean it’s on the outside - visible, like a wart? Or is it clearly underneath your skin, and just pushing the skin out? It would be more concerning if it was strictly internal; nevertheless, this qualifies as a breast change, and you should find out what it is. A lump that’s soft and moveable would usually indicate a cyst, but when you say wart… well, that’s confusing. Your best bet will be to consult your doctor about this, OK? S/he needs to take a look, maybe do some diagnostic tests, to figure out exactly what this is. Good luck - PJH
