Can High Cholesterol Cause Headaches?

I was wondering if having high cholesterol can cause frequent headaches?

Although some people on some websites can create a scenario in which high cholesterol can cause headaches (reduced blood blows to brain) high cholesterol is actually not associated with any specific symptoms. In fact it's known as a kind of 'silent' marker of damage because the first 'symptoms' or 'signs' that someone has high cholesterol (and a host of other problems) is often something like a stroke or heart attack. (High cholesterol does not cause strokes or heart attacks but it contributes to your risk of having them). High cholesterol causes no symptoms but it does contribute to dangerous conditions.
