Should Injections Be Given In The Arm Of A Mastectomy With 14 Lymp Nodes Removed?

Answer

I just spoke with a nurse about this. She said these days, it's not thought to be as critical to avoid injections/bloodwork in the arm on the affected side; but still avoid blood pressure readings on that side. Still, if you CAN use the non-affected arm for bloodwork or injections - why not, right? Good luck - PJH
