Knee Pain When Kneeling On A Hard Surface
I am a 55 year old male. I exercise regularly (5x a week) for about an hour on the elliptical trainer. When kneeling on a hard surface (like hardwood floors), I feel a pain like I am kneeling on broken glass or screws. Other than this condition, I have no other pain or stiffness with the knee. What is going on?
Thanks in advance.
