findings on 09/24/16 us pelvis transvaginal/ultrasound uterus: measures 9.9 x 5.9 x 5.2 cm, endometrial thickness measures 18 mm. endometrium is prominent with heterogeneous consistency and apparent blood products associate with it. right ovary: measures 21 x 22 x 17 mm, no adnexal mass identified. left ovary: measures 39 x 34 x 33 mm. 31 mm left adnexal mass present, mass has a heterogeneous consistency. ct abd pelvis with iv cont 9/24/16 hepatomegaly measuring 20 cm. the mass measures approximately 3.3 x 2.8 cm. sclerotic endplate degenerative changes are l3 - l4. findings on 08/11/16 uterus has normal configuration measuring 9.4 x 7 x 5 cm. there is a posterior fibroid measuring 3.5 x 4 cm, a fundal fibroid measuring 2 x 2.4 cm, and an anterior fibroid measuring 1.4 x 1.8 cm. endometrium measures 13 mm, the ovaries averaging 2.5 x 3 cm, right ovarian cyst measuring 2 x 2.5 cm, theres a isoechoie nodule in the left measuring 14 x 20 mm. does any of these a cause for concern?
