Low Blood Pressure In A Teenage Girl?

My 14-year-old daughter is lightheaded and her blood pressure is 99/63. Is that too low?

According to this reference from the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, your daughter's blood pressure is a bit lower than the bottom "normal" range of 106 for systolic, but in the normal range for diastolic. Only a doctor will be able to tell you if this is something you should be concerned about, or if it's the cause of her lightheadedness.  Other things that could cause lightheadness could be excessive bleeding from her menstrual cycles, a nutritional issue, or even dehydration.  Again, only a doctor will be able to diagnose the issue, so make an appointment with her pediatrician as soon as possible.
