i’m a 16 year old girl, and on my left breast i have a lump/bump that is noticeable on my nipple. i’ve tried squeezing this bump as hard as i can, nothing comes out of it and it won’t go away.
if i feel around my nipple, directly under it has some kind of lump beneath it aswell. neither of these lumps hurt and aren’t very hard… i can move them around if i try. also, i don’t have anything like this on my other breast. is this cancer? help!
also: i’ve had the little bump on my nipple for a very long time… possibly a year? i’m not sure if it’s gotten bigger and i’m not sure how long the lump underneath my nipple has been there, though.
Hi - Please read our message to teens, which I know will make you feel better. And please read our guide to breast development, which will explain that this lump you feel is a natural part of puberty. The guide will also tell you what to watch for, and what you can safely assume is normal. Good luck - PJH
