Can I Mix 10 Mg Of Ambien With 50 Mg. Of Diphenhydramine? (In Simply Sleep & Benadryl)
10 mg of Ambien was taken 2 1/2 hrs ago to help induce sleep. I am still awake and now wondering if taking 50 mg of diphenhydramine (in the form of Tylenol Simply Sleep) would be dangerous? I've also consumed 2 beers over the last 6 hours.
Any facts would be much appreciated. I've tried searching briefly and haven't found an answer yet.
Dear Fiddle Dreamer,
Your best bet would be to call a 24 hour pharmacy and speak to a pharmacist. I did a search as well, and it appear that mixing the two is not a good idea, but like I said, you can consult with a pharmacist even at a very late hour!
For future nights, please check out our CD at The Stress Masters website, we've had many, many people tell us that it is useful for falling asleep!
