How’s everybody doing today? I know I have much to catch up upon as in all your posts and questions. I am going to try to get reach out to you all today as I can.
I was thinking today about how we may sabotage our own happiness. One way we may sabotage our own happiness is the thought that we do not deserve to be happy. If you feel this way it will affect everything from being kind to yourself, to turning down opportunities, to staying in bad jobs, and remaining in relationships which may be emotionally unsatisfying or even abusive.
My question for you today is: Do you believe that you deserve to be happy? Why? Or Why not? Be honest in your answer and try to get to the root of your emotions.
