Can You Take Naproxen And Celebrex Together?

Answer

I checked the Drug Interaction checker and this is what it says about taking both naproxen and Celebrex together: "GENERALLY AVOID: Concomitant use of COX-2 inhibitors with other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) may increase the potential for serious gastrointestinal toxicity including inflammation, bleeding, ulceration, and perforation. The risk is dependent on both dosage and duration of therapy." Read more: http://www.drugs.com/interactions-check.php?drug_list=1690-0,560-284#ixzz12BOZJhUJ
