I ALSO HAVE GLAUCOMA AND HAVE LOST SOME VISION IN ONE EYE.SOCIAL SERVICES AND THE DEPARTMENT ON AGING IN MY AREA HAVE BEEN TRYING TO HELP ME, BUT THEY HAVE HAD NO LUCK FINDING ONE. I HAVE A MEMORY FOAM PAD, BUT IT ROLLS UP AND MAKES THE PAIN WORSE. PLEASE HELP ME I AM IN SO MUCH PAIN ALL THE TIME. I JUST HAD A RADIO FREQUENCY PERFORMED TO BURN THE NERVES IN MY BACK, BUT IT HAS BEEN 9 DAY’S AND IT STILL HASN’T WORKED. PLEASE CAN YOU HELP ME.?
Hello, Elizabeth. So sorry to hear you are in so much pain. I was going to suggest social services and/or the Dept of Aging, but I see you already are working w/these two resources. Would it help if your doctor wrote a script for the adjustable bed that would meet your needs, or has he/she already done this? Usually the doctor working w/social services is the way to go to get approval. Did social services say why they are unable to get this done for you?
