I have been getting migraines from some strawberries, but not others. What are they sprayed with?
The berries I picked last year are fine, but I went to a different u-pick this year and these ones give me a 10 to 12 hour migraine. The ones from my own garden and my friend’s garden don’t give me a problem. The u-pick berries are not organic, so I think it might be what they are sprayed with that is causing the problem. Laurie.
Yes, this is puzzling. One would think that properly washing the strawberries would take care of the issue. Only the grower would know what the u-pick strawberries are sprayed with. Not being expert gardeners, we really have no idea.
