I Have A Pain In My Lower Right Side By My Pelvic Bone. It Feels Like Stabbing Pain.

Answer

Appendicitis and kidney stones come to mind. If you're also experiencing have fever, vomiting, nausea or diarrhea, call your doctor or go to your hospital.

Kidney stones can cause ferocious pain. You may also have nausea, vomiting, fever, etc. Kidney stones are not life-threatening but if you are passing a kidney stone it may get painful enough to force you to go to the hospital.

Diverticulitis - a bulge in the wall of your intestine can cause pain down there along with cramping, diarrhea, fever, constipation, etc.

On the lighter side, constipation and gas and muscle strains can cause stabbing pain without the fever, etc.

If it keeps up or if you are having fever and other symptoms be sure to get in touch with your doctor.

Good luck!
