I have painful, burning bowel movements with excruciating pain in my groin and pelvic region. Could it be Diverticulitis? Do certain foods cause gas, burning, or pain through the buttocks? I drink coffee, could it trigger that excruciating pain?
Hello, Nancy. I’m sorry you are having such discomfort.

I suggest that you see a GI specialist to assess your complaints and their significance.
