For the past month I have been experiencing pain behind my knees sometimes extending into my upper calves and into my lower thighs. Also I have random leg weakness. I have had several nerve tests done and they didn't find anything out of the ordinary. It's starting to make me nervous as this has been going on for a month and a half. I have not exercised and have not had any injuries. The best way to describe the pain behind my knees is like you've been bent down in a catchers position for a long time and how your legs feel when you stand up. Both legs are affected. Any suggestions are helpful!! Thank you
I wish I could help you - that sounds quite painful. The only thing I can suggest is to ask for a second (or third) opinion (most plans allow for that) and to keep pushing until you get an answer. Physicians are only human and they can miss things. Keep looking until you are satisfied that you've gotten an answer and a treatment plan that works. Good luck!
