Vegetable cooking spray

1 egg

1 egg white

1 cup light brown sugar, packed

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2/3 cup raisins

3. Whisk the egg, egg white, brown sugar, oil, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl. Stir in the oats, raisins, pecans, and flour.

4. Spread the batter in the prepared pan and bake until golden brown, about 30 to 35 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool. Slice into 16 bars and serve.
