Pulse Rate Drops Then Bp Rises

My normal BP is tracking around 110/70 with pulse around 65 but sometimes I get this anomaly where my pulse drops to 55-60, which is followed by a BP spike at or 125/80 to 135/85 or so. When the pulse spikes, the HR goes up to around 75 - things normalize back to normal range but it takes a few hours for things to reset.
When this has happened I have been sitting at my computer working.
I don’t think I would know this but about 2 weeks ago I stopped my Avalide 150/12.5 [with dr permission because she knows how well i monitored before going off - but then I was only doing once a day-and BP was getting way too low] – and I am now taking BP like every 2 hours or so. This could have been happening all along but who would know?
I see her in a few weeks. Does this sound like a problem that should accelerate a trip or is this in the range of normal?

Hi Nancy,
You may want to read through this interview with Dr. Mark Houston - https://www.healthcentral.com/heart-disease/c/45112/103401/questions
He touched on fluctuating blood pressure and the connection between blood pressure and heart rate. It is normal for blood pressure to fluctuate through out the day.
