Hi - If it started as a pimple, and then settled into a just a red spot - and it doesn’t seem to be getting worse - then it’s probably nothing to worry about. It could be just your skin taking awhile to recover from the infection. A red spot on your breast, unless it gets larger, and/or develops into something noticeably worse - e.g., your breast seems infected (red, hot, swollen, itchy, painful) -; wouldn’t be a breast cancer symptom.
Keep your eye on this. If it doesn’t gradually fade away, then for your peace of mind you’d probably want to see a doctor, OK? Take care- PJH
