Resting Heart Rate At Doctors Office 123!! Sick For 3 Weeks - Extreme Fatigue!

I am 42 yr old woman, 190lbs,5'8, back problems, COPD, elevated Triglicerides &

"Q" Fever. Disabled, very little exercise except swimming daily in summer, smoker. RESTING HEART RATE 123! BP 117/80. Sick for 3 Weeks - EXTREME FATIGUE, shortness of breath, cold sweats,nausea,vomiting,headaches,heartburn. Unable to sleep thru the night but unable to stay awake more than an hour at a time as well as excessive sleeping.

On Tues.Doc ran blood work and said if not better in 7-10 days she will set up appt with cardiologist. SHOULD I WAIT THAT LONG?
