I Have Sevear Pain In My Heels On Both Feet After Standing For Long Periods, I Have Also Noticed That The Soles Of My Feet Are Yellow, What Is Causing The Pain And Yellowness?

the pain in my heels is a stabbing, throbbing, burning pain and gets worse after standing/walking on my feet for long periods...i am also worried about the soles of my feet being yellow, which is only a new thing? please help me

You might want to check out the foot pain section on Health Central and, in particular, something called plantar fasciitis. This is a pretty common condition that caused when a tendon in the bottom of the foot becomes inflamed. It can be quite painful. There are several different treatment possibilities. My problems with plantar fasciitis were solved after I went to a podiatrist who prescribed orthotics.
