I Have Sharp Pains In The Upper Inner Thigh, Near The Joint, When I Try To Stand Sit, Or Walk.
I have sharp pains in the upper inner thigh near the joint when I try to stand, sit, or walk. It feels like a bone is going to break or crack. My knees are also bad; I have been diagnosed with degenerate bone disease. They can't seem to tell me what the sharp pain in the upper inner thigh is, however. It's hard to stand and walk because it hurts so bad. Any advice on how to deal with this?
Hi there, Eileen -
I know this is a very old question, but I was wondering if you'd ever found out what was causing this pain in your inner thigh? It does sound like some kind of nerve impingement or circulation issue in your hip or thigh, so I hope that you went to a doctor to have it checked out. If you did find out the cause, perhaps you'd consider coming back and telling the other members of our community what the diagnosis and treatment were? It might be really helpful to someone else who is going through the same thing!
