Shooting Pain In My Back Passage Sever Pain In My Lower Abdomen And Lower Back What’s Wrong
This morning I started to have shooting pain in my back passage then it got worse and it spread to my lower abdomen and lower back. I took some medicine and the pain has dulled but hasn’t gone away. I haven’t had a period in three months and I feel sick.
I’m not pregnant (I’ve been checked) and the doctor said I’m not going through early menopause either. Does anyone know what this might be? Please help if you can. Thank you!
At first I thought you might be describing muscle pain, or a slipped disc, but your mention of the missing periods makes this more troubling. You definitely need to see a doctor who will help you discover what’s wrong. You may have an ovarian cyst or tumor, which can cause back and even leg pain in women. Please call your doctor and make an appointment to have this looked at. In the meantime, here is a link you may find useful: FAQ on ovarian cyst pain.
Best of luck to you!
