Small White Head Looking Lump

I am 27, several months ago I found a small pin head sized lump on my upper breast. It wasent painful and it was very small so I decided to ignore it. It has now grown into the size of a pea, still has no pain. It is very hard, looks like a white head. Any ideas what this could be?

This doesn't sound like a breast cancer symptom, as breast lumps are usually internal, rather than external. Still, it qualifies as a breast change; so best get it looked at by a doctor, OK? I'm betting it'll be some kind of dermatological issue, but you still shouldn't ignore it, since it's growing. Good luck - PJH
