I am not a medical professional and would not be able to give you medical advice.

From speaking with physicians and from information that I have read on Vyvanse, it should not interfere with your ability to get pregnant.

However, if you are currently taking this medication and are trying to get pregnant, you should discuss this with your doctor. Stimulant medications can increase the risk of birth defects. There have not been any studies of this medication during pregnancy but many physcians will recommend you do not take this medication when trying to get pregnant or when pregnant because of the unknown risks.
