Tc/hdl Ratio 4.2-------bad?

Tc/hdl Ratio 4.2-------bad?

Total choletsterol 209, HDL 53, LDL 148, TC/HDL ratio 4.2, triglycerides 91. Is this TC/HDL ratio bad and how do I reduce this? I already take ground flaxseed, garlic capsules and take a tbsp daily of extra virgin first cold press olive oil. I eat practically no sweets and am active but overweight.
