Egg yolks are high in both fat and protein. I'm not saying they are bad for you, I actually think the opposite. But, because they can be harder to digest. Eggs are one of things sometimes used to assess gastric motility or how quickly things move through your system. So, it may be that you don't move certain things through your system as quickly as other people. My daughter and I have issues with the same.

It's also possible that you have an intolerance to eggs though more people have issues with the whites than the yolks.

Finally, it's great that you are narrowing down the foods that are causing you problems. I've never seen bananas on a list but I can't do bananas nor can my sister or my brother. Neither of them have regular reflux issues but bananas will cause them to have a flare.
