Is Tingling Lips Associated With Fibromyalgia?

Recently I often get a sensation of tingling lips that is quite annoying. Also, it doesn't matter how I sleep, I wake up with my right hand feeling frozen as if I slept with it in a meat locker. Also, when I wake up I often feel a bit disoriented and dizzy. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Any thoughts?

An enormous number of symptoms can be associated with FM - which makes sense given that it appears to be the result of a kind of systemically increased pain network activation. Only your doctor can determine if those symptoms are probably associated with FM. Orthostatic intolerance - dizziness upon standing - is not uncommon, however, and neither are muscle cramps during sleep. You might try drinking more liquids before sleep and see if that helps. Good luck!
