The Toe Next To My Pinky Toe Does Not Hurt To Touch But Very Painful When I Walk Especially When I Wear High Heals.

Answer

Many of the foot problems we experience are actually caused by wearing poor fitting shoes with poor support - so its not surprising that the pain is worse in high heels.

Something called Morton's Neuroma might be responsible and there are other options such as a stress fracture. Bear in mind that many of these problems occur when the bones in the foot are scrunched together by tight-fitting or otherwise poorly made shoes and getting better shoes can help alot. I solved one painful foot problem by cutting slits in the sides of my tennis shoes to give my toes more room.

You might want to check out your shoes. If the pain doesn't go away see a podiatrist; he/she should be able to quickly diagnose what is going on.

Good luck!
