What is breast calcification? Is it dangerous or cancerous? How do they remove them?

Ambu, Phyllis is right. Macrocalcifications are quite normal, as are microcalcification. When microcalcifications cluster or form a pattern, rather than appearing randomly, they bear watching. They're like a shadow of cancer, a sign that cancer might be going to develop; they're not cancerous in and of themselves. So unless the microcalcifications change their pattern, they're nothing to pay attention to. And even if they cluster, it just means they bear watching; it doesn't absolutely mean you'll get cancer. Good luck - PJH
