What Could Cause A High White Count Swollen Neck Lymphnodes And Low Lymphnode Fluid

I also have shortness of breath, chest pains sometimes, and dizziness.

Answer

A high white blood cell count along with lymphadenopathy (enlarged lymph nodes) can be caused by a number of things, including infections of the throat and other areas of the head and neck. The possibilities also depend on how high your white cell count is. Based on your question it sounds like you should have a thorough physical examination by a physician and possibly a chest x-ray. Your doctor would evaluate the location, size, and general feel of your lymph nodes to decide whether you need further evaluation. I'm not sure what you mean by low lymph node fluid, but normal lymph nodes contain white blood cells, and when they contain fluid it is often related to an infection of the lymph node itself (lymphadenitis). These infections can be treated with antibiotics and possible drainage.
