What Causes A Constant Headache, Nausea, Dizziness, Eye Twitching?

For a week now I have had a constant headache. It's all over my head and no meds have helped. Along with it, I have been dizzy. What causes a constant headache, nausea, dizziness, and eye twitching? I am nauseated most of the day. My left eye twitches constantly. I wake up with a headache and go to bed with one. What could cause this?

Answer

This could be Migraine, but it could also be any number of other things. As much as I'd love to be able to answer your question, the only person who can safely do that is a doctor who can review your and your family's medical history, discuss your symptoms with you, and conduct a complete examination. Nobody can diagnose via the Internet.

However, if it is a migraine, there are a number of things to consider, such as seeing a specialist, taking the right migraine medication, and paying attention to the things that may be triggering these episodes. There is a wealth of knowledge in our Migraine community that can help get you through this new world of migraines - if that's what it is.
