I have a strange cold feeling in my little finger. Also have chronic neck pain. Could they be related?

Answer

Cold feelings in a finger are often due to nerve problems. Carpel tunnel syndrome can cause nerve impingement which can result in strange sensations in the fingers such as numbness, tingling, cold, etc. however carpel tunnel syndrome does not effect the little finger.

The little finger is effected by the ulnar nerve which runs down the side of the elbow into that side of the hand and ulnar nerve entrapment, either at the elbow or at the neck can cause some of the symptoms that you describe. That website has some exercises and stretches you might want to try.

Impingement of C8 nerve can also cause numbness in your little finger.

There is also a disorder called Raynauds in which reduced blood delivery to the fingers results in the fingers feeling cold. Only one finger is affected in your case, though, which suggests that a structural problem may be effecting the nerve to your little finger.

There are quite a few options and you'll have to go to a doctor to get this figured out. Good luck with your search!
