Answer

This sounds like it could be something called temperature or 'thermal allodynia".

"Temperature Allodynia (thermal Allodynia). Abnormal pain resulting from exposure to heat or cold. One example occurs when a cold breeze produces a feeling of burning."

Allodynia occurs when even the slight touch of clothing or a breeze or some other usually innocuous stimulus results in pain. It's often found in fibromyalgia and in some other pain conditions and it appears to result from central sensitization; an over-reaction of the central nervous system to stimulation.

Treating it is not easy; sometimes drugs that reduce neuropathic pain can help.
