What Does Ccp Greater Than 250 And Increasing Rf Mean?

My CCP was greater than 250 when I was first diagnosed and still the same 15 months after starting Plaquenil and Medrol. My RF was less than 20 when first diagnosed and now is 11. What does this mean in terms of disease progression? After seeing that my doc started me on Remicade infusions in addition to the Plaquenil. I am weaning off the Medrol.

Usually, you need a medical degree to interpret lab results - those of us who answer questions in this section are not doctors, but answer based on whatever knowledge we've managed to pick up. I would recommend that you ask your rheumatologist to give you more details about your lab results and his interpretation of them - keep in mind that your doctor is a paid expert, your expert and that means that you get to ask as many questions as you need.
