I have these things on my areolas that are like pimples and they have been in the same spots for years and no matter how much I pop them, they won’t go away. I have a lot. should I be worried?
Montgomery’s tubercles (as you seem to already know) are the little bumps on your areola. They secrete oil, which helps keep your nipples healthy, and discourages bacteria. They’re natural; if you let them do their job without interference, your breasts will be happier! PJH
