What Is The Right Treatment For E-coli In Semen?
I had blood in semen when semen was tested it has e-coli and low sperm counts. After taking Antibiotics for a few week and Gentamycin shots twice daily for a week Blood is not seen and sperm count has come to normal but liquification time has increased to 3 hrs with E-coli still present. What should i do now.
E Coli in the semen is problematic if you are trying to conceive or if you are having recurrent symptoms of prostatitis. If not treatment may not be necessary. Consideration should be given to have some imaging studies to make sure that you do not have a prostate abscess.
