My Whole Body Hurts Everyday, My Knees, Elbows Hips, Joints Arms, Legs, Hips, Seems Like Everything. I Get In The Floor Cant Get Up, Hard To Walk, Or Walk Up Stairs I Limp.sharp Pains In Hips
My whole body hurts every day. The pain is in my knees, elbows, hips, joints, arms, legs, hips...it seems like everything. I get on the floor and can't get up; it's hard to walk or walk up stairs. I limp and have sharp pains in hips, and it's hard to get out of bed in the mornings. Basically it's just hard to walk. My extremities are killing me. My back hurts, and even the muscles in my arms and legs ache. What could be causing this?
Rachel, have you talked with your doctor about this? You could have an underlying problem, such as arthritis. If you tenderness everywhere, it could be fibromyalgia (especially if you also have trouble sleeping and have noticed a decline in your thinking). Myofascial pain syndrome can also cause the pain you describe, particularly with the joint issues you describe. It is possible to have more than one thing going on too. The presence of trigger points can cause pain in the referral patterns you describe. But first, talk to your doctor, because your treatment will depend on the cause.
