Why Is My Blood Pressure Rises When The Weather Is Too Hot?

1. when the weather is too hot, i dont well ok my pressure rise.

Answer

Hi Novalicious,

A French study found a link between the weather and blood pressure, especially for individuals over the age of 80. As temperatures dropped 25 degrees, such as change from summer to winter, systolic blood pressure (top number) increased 5.0 mmHg.

What you are experiencing - a blood pressure rise with increased temperatures - is the opposite of what this study found. I recommend consulting your physician to determine the cause and appropriate treatment.

All the best,
