im on efexor 150mg a day and im afraid to take any over the counter medicines

in case of interactons .i have not changed my diet in any way so i dont know

whats causing it or how to treat it .help

Answer

I wonder if it could be your body detoxifying itself? You might try increasing your intake of beans and other high-fiber foods to help your body more thoroughly eliminate each day. This may seem counter-intuitive (after all, aren't beans known for causing gas?) but you will find after a few days of high bean intake that your body adapts and your elimination becomes more complete and regular.

You might also consider consulting a doctor since it could be an indication of something else awry with your health. Good luck and hang in there!
