Why do I wake up with a flu? As soon as I wake up, that is the only time I’m going to get it. By noon, it dispappears. It happens every day. When I wake up, I start sneezing then I get a flu with a runny nose. By lunch time, it disappears then comes back tomorrow morning again. Why is it like that? and what might caused it?
Your symptoms do not sound like flu symptoms.
If you had the flu, trust me, it wouldn’t be gone within a few hours.
You may be suffering from a number of different issues. You need to see your doctor to get a diagnosis.
If the only symptoms are runny nose, then you may have idiopathic rhinitis, which is a medical way of saying that your nose runs for no real reason. Sneezing may indicate allergies, especially if your symptoms disappear once your leave your home and the only time you have symptoms is at home.
You may want to talk to your doctor about being tested for allergies. If you have allergies, you might want to find out what in your home (or your bedroom or bed) is triggering them.
