Answer
Quinzell - Xanax can be very helpful in managing the symptoms of panic attacks as Dr. Walcutt stated. In the long run you may want to learn the strategies that actually help you gain some mastery over the symptoms. These cognitive-behavioral strategies will teach you about what’s happening in your body and help you to understand that the sensations are not life threatening or a sign that you are loosing your mind. They also teach you how to manage the anxiety more effectively. Please find a therapist who is experienced with panic and anxiety.
