I'm A 31 Year Old Male And My Total Cholesterol Is 167, My Triglycerides Are 100 But Here's Where The Problem Is, My Hdl Is 37 My Ldl Is 110. What Could This Possibly Be? How Can I Fix It? Thank You!
Here are the recommendations of the American Heart Association:
Total cholesterol less than 200
HDL cholesterol at least > 40, ideally > 60
LDL cholesterol at least less than 130, ideally less than 100
Triglycerides less than 150
