I Am 29 Years Old, I’m I Going Through Some Sort Of Early Menopause?
I am 29 yrs old, and my period is very irregular. In 2008 I did not have one period, I went to the doctor, and was told I might have thyroid problem. After testing, I was told that I didn’t have a thyroid problem. In Jan. 2009 my period began again, and it was regular for the first 3 mths. The forth month my period came and it has not went away, I am constantly on my period, with maybe one or two days a month that it goes away. Does anyone know why this is happening? Could I be going through early menopause or have some sort of hormonal imbalance?
Hi, EM 29,
Your age seems to be very young to be entering menopause. You might have a hormonal problem. Also, how’s your stress level and what’s your lifestyle like? I’d suggest going back to your doctor to have him/her do some additional analysis.
