I loved the book, and the concept of stimulati resonated deeply. As a result, I would like to share with you my own life-changing stimulati.

He is also author of my absolute favorite “diet” book of all time, “The Slow Down Diet.” Marc doesn’t hand out food lists, recipes, or calorie counts.
